1. Personal data we collect

- name, company name and job title
- email address and phone/WhatsApp number
- details about your project, and any files or messages you send us
- billing details needed for invoicing, such as company name, address and Tax Registration Number (TRN)
Information collected automatically when you use the Website:
- IP address, browser type, device type and operating system
- pages visited, time spent and the referring website
- this information is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7)
Information from clients during a project:
If you hire us to build or maintain software, we may get access to personal data held in your systems, such as your customers' or employees' data. In that case, you are the data controller and we process that data only on your instructions and for the purpose of the project.

We use your personal data to:
- reply to your enquiries and send you quotations and proposals
- provide, manage and support our services
- issue invoices and keep financial records

- Our team and contractors: developers and designers who work on your project, including independent contractors located outside the UAE, under confidentiality obligations.
- Service providers: for example email and productivity tools (Microsoft 365), website hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and communication tools such as WhatsApp.
- Banks and payment providers: to process payments.
- Professional advisers: such as accountants, auditors and lawyers.
- Authorities: where required by law, court order or a regulator.
4. International transfers
Some of our contractors and service providers are located outside the UAE, including in Egypt and in countries where cloud services are hosted. When we transfer personal data outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected. These steps include confidentiality agreements, contractual safeguards and choosing reputable providers, in line with UAE law.
