UX and architecture
We sketch, prototype and test the experience with real users, and design the technical architecture so the product can grow safely.
Two-week sprints
Engineers build in two-week sprints. At the end of each sprint you get a working demo you can try, and you can change priorities for the next one.
QA and code review
Every change is reviewed by another engineer and tested manually and automatically before it's merged, so quality is built in rather than checked at the end.
Go live
We merge everything, prepare the production servers, publish to the app stores and watch the launch closely with you.
Monitor and improve
After launch we monitor performance, fix issues fast and keep improving the product based on real usage data.
