Overview
FinTrack is invoicing and expense tracking for small businesses in Egypt: design studios, clinics, cafés and freelancers. Owners see what they are owed and what they spent in one place, clients pay from a link, and receipts are captured with the phone camera. We created the brand and designed and built the product.
The challenge
Freelancers and small studios tracked invoices in spreadsheets, chased late payments by hand and lost receipts, so every VAT return turned into a week of digging through papers.
What we built
A web app and mobile app that show who owes what, send invoices with a pay-online link, remind late clients in one click, and read receipts from a photo so expenses and VAT are always up to date.
Brand identity
A torn receipt with a check mark: the paper you used to lose, now sorted. Electric lime on near-black gives the brand a confident, modern feel that stands out from the usual blue finance apps.

The web app
For the business owner at their desk: money owed, money spent and the paperwork that comes with both.

Overview
What is waiting to be paid, what is overdue, what came in and what went out this month. Late invoices sit on the right with a one-click reminder, and a breakdown shows where the money went.

Invoices
Every invoice with its client, dates, amount and status: draft, sent, due tomorrow, days late or paid. Totals at the top show the year at a glance.

New invoice
Fill in the client, lines and tax on the left and watch the real invoice update on the right, exactly as the client will see it, then send it with a pay-online link.

Expenses
Drop receipts in and FinTrack reads the shop, date and amount. Expenses are grouped by category, and missing receipts are flagged before the VAT return is due.
The mobile app
For on the go: check who owes you, send an invoice, and snap a receipt the moment you pay.
