Overview
The Dunes Travel & Tourism runs desert safaris, camel rides, quad biking, dinner shows and tours across the Emirates, working with travel agencies and hotels from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah. We designed and built the system their office runs on every day: from the moment a booking comes in, to the voucher the guest receives, to the numbers management reviews at the end of the month.
The challenge
Every day, bookings arrived from dozens of travel agencies, hotel desks and walk-in guests. The team tracked them across spreadsheets, WhatsApp chats and paper vouchers, so revenue by agency, driver assignments and staff commissions were slow to work out and easy to get wrong.
What we built
A web dashboard that handles every booking from the first call to the printed voucher: single and bulk bookings with separate prices for adults, children and kids, agencies and hotels, a priced catalogue of safaris and activities, staff with roles, commissions and permissions, live analytics, and six languages with AED, USD and EUR rates built in.
Brand identity
The dashboard is built around The Dunes' own identity: the desert badge with the camel, palm and dome camp, and the warm safari orange that marks every main action, chart and alert. The sign-in screen opens on the desert and the Dubai skyline, so the team knows whose system this is from the first second.

A branded sign-in over the desert and the Dubai skyline. Each member of staff has their own account, and what they can see depends on their role.

Earnings, income, costs and net profit at the top, total bookings by travel agency for the week, month or year, and which staff issued the most vouchers.

- 03

When an agency sends a group, the team enters many guests, each with several services, in one table and saves them all at once.

- 06
